I feel like this is one of the most breathtaking areas in the world (from what I have seen of the world thus far)! Our home is a truly wonderful dwelling place and must be experienced in person to fully appreciate. My husband and I have been busy renovating this lovely home for a few years now. But we are considering downsizing since our last little one is in college. Some of the renovations: New kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, new paint inside and out, new light fixtures, new carpet on stairs, new flooring in open kitchen/living area, all new windows in master suite (one of which is a huge picture window overlooking the mountain) Master has been newly remodeled along with master bath, the enormous 20x40 pool, tons of landscaping, and many more details! There is ample storage here with a walk-in carpeted attic, walk-in closet, coat closets, two room building by pool, and even a small barn (that would need a few repairs if one were to want to use it)! We have finished the basement and use it for a theater/game room/gym, there is also a bedroom and utility room down there and double door access to the two car garage. We have put new siding on the garage and new doors. The property is 10.6 acres and the square footage is approximate (will need to be verified by appraisal since renovations). However, there are teachers that are going to be harder on the student to help push them and prepare them for what college is going to be like. If they need help at any point or time as long as I ask for it they will receive it. All of the staff is super friendly, the lunches are very very good, especially for school food.I have stated that the teachers care about the students and they really really do.
