Description

(I do NOT want to be contacted by agents looking for a listing!)...This home has the necessary zone approval to be listed on the VRBO and Airbnb, etc. web sites. A neighboring home has had great success w/ year round vacation rentals. (Listed price includes home and 20 acres of land. House MAY be sold by itself for $850,000 if the land is not wanted.
A beautiful California designed executive home is not like the typical homes found in Cedar City. @ 12' ceilings upstairs and in the walkout basement! Near the new LDS temple site, ski resorts, and golf courses. Textured walls, smart H2O system, plumbed for central vac, wired for sound indoor & out, corner lot. Just repainted w/ Sherman-Williams elastomeric paint. 2 1/2 hrs. to Vegas, 3 hrs. to Grand Canyon. Near state and Nat'l Parks. Incredible mountain views.
(I also have @20 acres of recreational property as well as a like-new Lincoln Mark LT truck available w/ home.
My land is located in beautiful historic Hamlin Valley, located just north of Hwy 56 next to the Nevada and Utah state line. The land is ¼ mile deep and has 1/8 mile of frontage on a county maintained road. Hamblin Valley has a few ruins from an old historic mining town, and an old silver mine that is still standing. It has miles and miles of dirt roads that go all through the mountains that are an ATV riders dream. (In the old days cattle rustlers and horse thieves would steal the livestock from the ranchers in Hamblin Valley and drive them the few miles over the mountains and across the Nevada state line). Hamblin is also an elk hunter’s paradise. Hunters come from as far away as California, park their 5th wheels on their land, and hunt for the elk that inhabit the mountains. In fact, the largest elk ever taken in Utah was from Hamblin Valley. There are also lots of wild horses and deer that inhabit the area. I have several more photos of
the valley and land and I would be happy to email them to you so that you can have a better idea of what the area looks like. It would be nice to have to pass down to family members to use for generations.
I should mention that I am the original owner of the home and a single person, so most of the home has never even been lived in. Please use email address to contact me: arbym1@yahoo.com Thanks for looking.
