  • Farley Young
"It does not have many shops or restaurants nearby unless driving to Fairview Rd. No public transportation "
  • Charles Fossett
"Too many people. I wish they would stop coming! I enjoyed the rural life now everyone wants to be stuck up under each other. I wish they would go back where they are coming from."
  • Charles Fossett
"Too many people live here. Traffic is horrible. Too many stupid drivers. What else is there to say? To live in this area you have to like living on top of people."
  • Kristina V.
"Dog owners may like that there is a trail behind the newly developed baseball fields, and ample sidewalk space."
  • Heather V.
"Pool Days, Block Parties, Food trucks in our neighborhood. Music at the depot downtown on Friday nights in the summer time. Small town feel. "
  • Kianda S.
"It’s a small town with not much to do, but it’s close to Greenville. The rent in this area is high and the jobs don’t pay much if you don’t have a degree. "
  • Erbn.18
"Loved here since June. Love it so far. Neighbors are moving in as the homes are being built. Everyone is friendly and respectful. "
  • Marilyn R.
"Very easy with little traffic . I'm on the outskirts of town . Very quite and friendly neighborhood. "
  • Marilyn R.
"dogs must be on a leash at all times. most people take there dog in there own yard. we have no problem with other neighbors animals. "
  • Key G.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and recently sold my house. There is little to no crime here and my property taxes were less than $1K. "
  • Star J.
"I've lived here a lil over a year and like it alot!! people are very friendly here. my family and I are very proud to call ft.inn our home town love it here "
  • Yesiam2000
"People are friendly and just plain good folks. If you get a flat tire you know the person stopping is going to HELP you, not hurt you....even at night. Fountain Inn is very welcoming and has a strong sense of community. Lots of holiday events...the nightime horse drawn carraige rides to view the Christmas lights on neighborhod homes around town is my favorite! Fountain Inn straddles I-385 and is only 5 min. from Simpsonville, 10min from Mauldin, and about 20min from Greenville....right up the I-385 corridor."
  • Joseph W.
"Downtown evens and eateries very nice Romantic , horse and buggy ride decoration for all holidays and even a town Christmas parade this is a great place to live and raise children "
  • Lasurob
"there are no kids but mine in my neighborhood. it sucks. the park is within walking distance except traffic around the 4 way stop can get hairy."
  • Aegunter
"It’s above average for safety. People are nice. Other dogs and dog owners in the area. Weather is nice pretty much all year around. Not too much traffic. "
  • Petzrgr8
"Large (1 acre) lots, dead-end street. Quiet, private, but neighbors are mostly friendly if you’re interested in socializing."
  • Lasurob
"we are very small business friendly and love to support each other however we can to make the city better "
  • Petzrgr8
"Large lots approx 1 acre, quality houses by local builders; no mass production slab houses. Secluded country feel in growing area 5 minutes to Fountain Inn and Simpsonville. Neighbors from all over including international, friendly yet respectful of privacy. Abundant wildlife. You just don’t see affordable neighborhoods like this anymore. "
