A monthly administration fee applies, and installment payments follow normal rent payment guidelines.
How It Works (simple explanation):
Your required deposit is divided into equal monthly installments over your lease term.
Each month, a portion goes toward your refundable deposit, plus a small admin fee.
Your deposit balance is fully refundable at move-out, just like a standard deposit.
