"I enjoy seeing people with their dogs walking they are always friendly and they stop and say hi because my dog is usually out in the front yard. I really like them. they would like the beautiful yards that are near me.my"

"People with dogs walk all the time in my neighborhood they always say hi when they see us especially when I’m out with my dog they know my dog won’t come near them. They’re always friendly."

"It is Parma school district. I have not raised my children here so I don’t have any opinion on the school district personally but there seems to be a negative connotation with those I know of the Parma schools. I do feel the neighborhood and services are family friendly. "
  • Joanne H.
"My neighborhood have great access to the interstates highways and good access to public transportation."
  • Bobtippie67

"The houses are varied in style, size & age (as are the people who live in them!) - not a cookie cutter neighborhood or development."
  • Gayle
"My husband and I have lived in the Stoneridge townhome community for almost 3 years now! We chose this location because of its access to both the east and west sides of Cleveland and downtown, as we both commute. The convenience of access to the 77/480 interchange cannot be understated! We can get downtown in less than 15 minutes on most days, easily reach both the east and west sides of Cleveland or go down 77 to visit the Brecksville reservation (one of our favorite Saturday activities). There are convenient grocery, pharmacy and fast food amenities right around the corner and tons of restaurants of all price points a mile down the road in Independence. There are two very walkable neighborhoods with great parks and local schools next to our subdivision, and I am able to take my son out in his stroller for long walks. We enjoy a driving range, the towpath and even a Mally's chocolate less than 10 minutes away as well! The convenience of daily life in the townhome community is also one of the best parts of living here. The community feels very safe and secure, occupied by professionals and young families. The external maintenance of the neighborhood is fully covered by the homeowner's association, and is kept meticulously kept clean, landscaped and plowed year round, with all external maintenance of the town homes like siding and roofing included as well! It is so nice own a home without the stresses that sometimes accompany homeownership! We highly recommend this area and this community for all of these features! "

"Live here. Only 15 minutes to downtown yet all the pluses of a suburban lifestyle. Low crime, fantastic city services. Great neighborhood for all, from singles to retirees. "

"Seven Hills has the perfect location. Central to downtown Cleveland via I-77 or East and Westside via I-480. Good schools. A great recreation center. Rockside Road is 5 lanes but quiet except during the rush hour. Minutes to Cuyahoga National Park and the Erie Canal."
