Through the masterful design of windows, skylights, and invisible mirrors, light passes into and through the home's living spaces with panache and whimsy. In the kitchen, there are Poggenpohl assembled cabinets with aluminum finishes shipped from Germany. Glass tile on the wall, and Thermador appliances. The Master suite includes a 17 foot cypress and copper glass round wall that separates the master bedroom and bath. River rocks cover the walls in the shower, and a door from the master leads directly to the yoga and meditation room. Downstairs you will find a Continuous-resistance-motion lap pool with current jets. The exterior gates to the pool area and entertainment lounge are made of solid teak, rescued from an Indonesian palace just prior to the tsunami. The multiple decks are covered by sailcloth retractable awnings and suspended decks are braced by full sized trees. The cypress siding has tongue and grove inset with rolled copper tubing. The perimeter of the property is surrounded by a solid-core Tanbaun bamboo wall. A Geothermal system is used to heat and cool the home, cutting utility costs in half. Builder's name is Don Purdie and the architect is Russell Johnson out of Panama City. All dimensions are approximate and must be verified by buyer.

    "Very dog friendly area. They bring water bowls to your table at an outdoor restaurant for the dogs. The only real problem I see with the dogs is that a lot of people do not pick up after them. They even provide doggy poo bags and a place to put it. Very disturbing. "

People always ask where the name comes from since there are no mountains. I pull out my phone and show them the beautiful pictures I have of the blue flowers all over the area 😁"
