Main floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, 2 living areas with 2 fireplaces (1 gas/1 wood), an eat-in kitchen and dining room. The finished basement has a 4th bedroom, a movie room and a full bath. The house sits on 3/4 of an acre.  Backyard is fully fenced with a chain link fence. The property was surveyed before installing the fence to avoid any issues.  The big backyard is perfect for a family with pets. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has an attached 2 car garage.   All outside lighting and the two front entry doors were replaced a few months ago. The house has an attached patio composite deck which is more expensive than a normal wood deck.  Less maintenance is required.  This house is in a prime location as it's located approximately 5 minutes from the Millcreek mall.  Everything is at arm's reach. Taxes are approximately $3,500 a year. This house is well kept and maintained. I do own pets (cat/dog).  Home will be sold with a home warranty. Serious inquiries only.
