Depreciable property listed by tract- Tract 1 - 3 Pivots, 2 Pumps and motors. $190,000.00 Tract 2 - 2 Pivots, 2 pumps and engines. $200,000.00 Tract 3 - 1 Pivot, 1 pump and motor. $200,000.00. Also there are 5 wells on the properties. $300,000.00. Are there other interested farmers in the area that would cash rent and how many in the area would- Seller says he has a good farmer at present time. There are several interested farmers. FSA direct payments- Not sure. But farms have full base of corn and wheat.
