Lots of behavioral issues including violence on campus, littering all over the community shopping centers and local neighborhoods, doing drugs in cars before and after school. The TL High School principal personally goes out herself to check on traffic control, safety, and construction. Joe D the SRHS principal is rarely seen - he might consider shadowing TL’s principal for a few days to see how a high functioning administration works and how to also work well with your community and neighbors and how to keep your students safe. There are SR students literally jumping over metal fences at construction sites and running for cross country class in the middle of a high traffic road — running in the middle of the road against traffic up a blind curve.
