    "Neighbors houses were built to close together so if dogs bark even inside the home you here it. You constantly hear dogs barking"

    "I own a house in Shasta lake and currently live in it. I raised my two children in this area. This town is one of the safest areas to live in and has been for most of the time for 40 years. There is Shasta lake less than a mile . Which is 365 acres of shore line. It is family friendly oriented town with bands in the park at summertime and Christmas tree lighting and tricker treat events. Parades, and several different kids of festivals. "

On average your utilities will be $150 (based on low usage of electricity) to $215 or higher ( depending on electricity and water usage). Also there is a huge problem with people going through your trash ( both recycling and regular trash). "
