    "I am a homeowner in the Byram HIlls School District and have lived in Armonk for over 15 years. My children attend school here and we all enjoy the many outdoor amenities that are close by, such as the Westmoreland Sanctuary and the Butler Preserve. Both have wonderful walking trails and nature programs. We enjoy the brand new Town Center of Armonk, with a beautiful grocery store and many new shops and businesses. It has made walking in the downtown Armonk area a pleasure; from the newly renovated library, the recently rebuilt restaurants and Marianni's Garden shop and cafe; all are within an easy stroll from the Main Street. In the near future, we will be welcoming a CVS within the town center, to fill the need for pharmacy and sundry needs. Armonk is an easy 40-50 minute commute to NYC. Armonk is a great place to live!"
