How was this property marketed for sale and which brokers do you recommend?

Hi Sue,

After looking in the Brooklyn MLS, it doesn't look like it was sold by a broker who put it there, so it would be hard to say how this property was marketed. It could have been a For Sale By Owner, or it could have been marketed exclusively by a Broker.

Could you elaborate on the second part of your question? When you say "which brokers do you recommend", what are you looking for the broker to do? - Wed Dec 16 2009, 08:59
