I was born and raised in California when my family decided moved to Las Vegas in 1992.
It was my first time in Las Vegas so it was very exciting for me to be living in a place where most of the
United States and the world comes to for their vacation and entertainment destination.
My first year was an adjustment, but I quickly grew to love Las Vegas for all that it has to offer in the way of convienences and amenities such as the strip with shows and restaurants, as well as growing neighborhoods, parks, recreation areas some with indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor sports, community events for adults, children, and seniors, Special events for Holidays such as the Las Vegas Philharmonic Fourth of July concerts that are performed in your neighborhood areas. I myself have enjoyed this event for Fourth of July, of course there are many more.
My son was just two years old in 1992 so I was home for a few years before I went to work for one of the oldest hotels on the strip. It was very exciting to work in the casino where all the action was. I learned about the history of Las Vegas and how our city operates.
Thomas and Mack Center bringing many events to the city, University of Las Vegas, University of Nevada Reno offering young Nevada residents many education programs, scholarships, and opportunities relating to the Las Vegas Market.
Lake Mead is always fun to visit when the temperature permits and of course Lake Las Vegas comes with its own happenings weekly and monthly.
I bought my first home in 1995, when Las Vegas was a boom town. I bought a second home in 1999, bought a third home in 2002, and have sold two homes before the market collapsed between 2003 and 2005.
I had been in Real Estate part time and decided it was time to become a full time professional.
