Not only did she keep on top of me and the status of my house before we had even met, she went way above and beyond any expectations I ever had. The very first day she came to see my house, she was ready to take photographs. She took many, and all of them were quite flattering to my house. The very next morning she had my house listed and ready for viewing. I was shown multiple houses that were in my area in order to assist in listing the price of mine. She priced it perfectly. "To whom it may concern, This is a letter of recommendation for Wendy Leccese. We have known Wendy for a short time before she helped us purchase our home in Windham, New Hampshire this past January 2009. Our situation was challenging for we currently live in Dubai, U.A.E. We started the search for a home almost a year ago and contacted several Agents in the area, however; Wendy surpassed any other Agent we dealt with. She was by far the quickest to respond to our e-mails and proved to be a wealth of knowledge not just with the Windham area but in her skills as a Realtor. Being overseas and unable to view houses except via Internet was a difficult task to begin with not to mention the time difference (8 hrs). When we needed to speak to anyone Wendy made it possible. She stayed in constant communication with us, knowing exactly what we wanted in a house, calling us immediately when she thought a good home came on the market (several times in the middle of her night or early her morning) to accommodate our schedule in Dubai. Also, let us not mention that she stayed within if not under our budget. I can tell you not many Agents would have gone through all the hassle to assist a couple overseas in buying a house. Wendy's negotiation skills/judgment were excellent and her advice was always on target. We felt like we knew Wendy for years even though we never met her face to face and we trusted her to manage the house inspection, solve issues that arose, deal with the lawyers and our bank. We gave her power of Attorney to close on our behalf and our credit card to deal with the home inspection payments, appraiser fees etc. This is the trust level we built with her in the few months we knew her and not having met her! After all was said and done, Wendy continued to stay in touch and even agreed to be our representative when we re-financed the home a month later. This is our fourth home purchase in the US and she fulfilled her duties beyond expectations as a Realtor. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home knowing she will give it her best and it will be an extremely smooth transaction.
