- Helped me buy a home
I worked with Wendy as a homebuyer and seller; she was a remarkable, dedicated agent in both. As a first-time homebuyer, I could not have been more fortunate than to have found Wendy. Wendy is not only an amazing Real Estate Agent but she is also a strong woman, a considerate person, and such a humble and kind human being. Wendy's dedication to me as her client and her willingness to LITERALLY work day and night to get me my home proved to me that she was truly one of a kind. She was always available to me even on her vacations she would say, "you can still call or text me," which meant a lot to me. Wendy genuinely cared, she wanted me to be happy and comfortable in a new home, and she never gave up even when I was growing disheartened. She was always prepared, in good spirits when things did not look good and professional 100% of the time. We were not easy clients at all, constantly changing our minds about the type of home, the location of the home, the size of the home, etc... yet Wendy was flexible, always trying to find us what we were looking for rather than impose her ideas on us. She takes the time to learn about her clients and thanks to her; we found exactly what we were looking for. As a first time homebuyer who knew absolutely NOTHING about the home-buying process, she was patient, explained every step of the process, and made sure everything was done accurately and promptly. I had 1 million questions, and I am sure she repeated herself multiple times but she was always eager to aid me in understanding the process. Wendy is the agent you WANT on your side, she has a true passion for her job, she is very knowledgeable, and takes a great deal of pride in representing her client. When I finally found my home, we were dealing with such an unprofessional seller's agent who was very unpleasant, to say the least, yet Wendy always maintained composure, she always had my best interests at heart and worked persistently and aggressively to make sure I was taken care of. She battled pneumonia during the weeks I was closing on my home, yet she never made a single excuse, she still met for appointments, sent forms that needed to be filled, made calls that needed to be made, I cannot even begin fathom how she does what she does, but I assure you no one does it better. Now that I have finally found my home, I can honestly say I will miss hearing her call me with updates or recommend a new home. She truly made a strong impression on me and my life, beyond just helping me buy a home. As a young woman, I am inspired by the unique professionalism and profound character she modeled and hope to develop it in myself and in my own career. Thank you Wendy, my family, and I will forever be indebted to your kindness and hard work!
