"Watermark Realty, LLC is a great organization. When I was buying my house, I had checked many different real estate agents in my quest to find a good and suitable house. However, I never felt satisfied until I contacted Chris Rotondo. He was extremely knowledgeable, and left me with the impression that he was in my best interest. He actually checked the houses himself and showed me everything that would have been overlooked by most agents. I was not pressured and I felt very comfortable to do business with him and his staff. Since then, I have taken it upon myself to refer his company to anyone I know who is looking to buy a house because, buying a house being as stressful as it is in itself, people should have an agency with agents who truly care about them making the right decision with a peace of mind that they are not being taken advantage of by those helping.
