I have lived in San Diego for over 40 years. My father was a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer E7 and my mother was a registered nurse here in San Diego as well for over 30 years. Having been here for over 40 years I have seen all the development as well. I remember when almost all of East Chula Vista was basically undeveloped land, now its full of homeowners and still growning. Mira Mesa and Rancho Penasquitos was also very undeveloped as well now homes are in abundance. I am also a homeowner in the Chula Vista area known as Otay Ranch.

You can just contact them. It use to be 35%. Of course USAA doesn't pass that total on to their clients and usually the clients have no idea it is coming from the agent. - Fri Oct 22, 2010
