Would be interesting to compare too very different neighborhoods. Lets say Fillmore and Potrero Hill. How do you think those areas were affected?

The main purpose of the Q&A section of the site is to start a discussion with other people. Molly is asking a question and she also shares her own opinion as an answer. This type of discussion is better suited for blogs, where one can express their opinion and other members can comment on it starting a discussion.
I believe that there is no intention from anyone to disrespect the community. We will revisit the guidelines to make sure it is very clear what type of content is more appropriate in different areas of the site so new members (like Molly) understand how to navigate around the community and make the most out of it!
On a separate note – I would be interested to hear what you think…is it a good time to buy? :)
