It started out at a list price on 08/08/2008 of $1,425,000 and was eventually allowed to expire on the 08/07/09 at a list price of $1,390,000. If you have a particular interest in this home, it would be worth contacting the listing agent and letting them know. Typically, when a home is on the market for such a long period of time, the sellers are a little more motivated to sell.
