Assuming you have a 30 day move out clause in your lease, offer your renters 1/2 price rent for the last months rent. This will keep them motivated to allow showings and to keep the home up rather than work against you. Make sure to set forth a standard in which the home is to be taken care of in your lease in order to qualify for the 1/2 off rent. We just had two renters ruin in chance of getting a deceit offer based on the condo's condition e.g., smoking, not allowing access to rooms, etc. - Tue Feb 24 2009, 09:42
