Helping my buyers find the right loan and the best price possible. I don't sell my buyers a loan program ... I help them determine what program will work best for them (there's a big difference!)
Helping my clients understand all their loan options for their financing needs.

Is it true that FHA spot approvals (condos) will be completely gone as of Feb. 1st?? Does anyone know if there is talk about getting this extended?

According to everything I am hearing it is true! Until the new mortgagee letter comes out we will not know for sure if there will be any extension potential. - Tue Jan 19 2010, 16:29
