The property at 8150 E Broadway is listed as a condo unit but you may have seen it incorrectly categorized as a townhome. It is actually a co-op (link provided below) and the monthly fees are $195. Those fees cover roof, building maintenance, pool, water, gas, taxes, and grounds upkeep.
