My name is Michael Krotchie and I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage here in sunny Tucson, Arizona. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and Tucson Association of Realtors.
Having lived in Tucson for the past 10 years I have an intimate knowledge of the greater Tucson metro area as well as the surrounding communities of Marana, Oro Valley, Vail, Green Valley, and Sahuarita.

The two popular 55+ communities in Oro Valley are Sun City Vistoso (http://www.suncity-vistoso.com/) and Vistoso Village, both of which are located in the Rancho Vistoso community.
Sun City Vistoso is a larger Del Webb subdivision and Vistoso Village is a more private gated community.
Heritage Highlands is also about 10 minutes to the west in Dove Mountain.

The property was a short sale, which meant that the homeowner owed more than the market value of the home. There is no HOA so there are no fees. The pool is really on a solar system and the house has heated gas.
