This split level contains 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with 2284 square feet of finished living area on .45 of an acre. There are 2 fireplaces. The remarks on the house state: "Looking for space? Perfect family home with 3 bedrooms up and one possible downstairs. Deck off dining area with large fenced back yard great for smallchildren and pets. Just a very short drive out of Rapid City in a well cared for subdivision. Association takes care of water, roads and garbage. Needs small amount of TLC to make it the home of your dreams. All appliances included. New carpet and bath in basement will be finished."
The taxes are $1785 with a $35 home owners association fee that covers road maintenance and garbage and a $35 fee that covers unlimited water.
