I totally agree with Andy Hargreaves from Michigan. Many buyers and sellers think we just drive around in fancy cars all the way to the bank every day, when most of us work very hard to provide buyers and sellers with the information and help to reach their goals. And, we do it all without any guarantee of payment. The risk of not getting to the closing table is even higher today, though it may be through no fault of our own.
