A native of Clawson, Michigan. I graduated from L.T.U. with a B.S. in Business Administration. I started my mortgage career with Standard Federal Bank in 1988, now part of Bank of America.

I have been on the Royal Oak Board of Reviews for over 10 years. I believe that a strong local bank is best for any community. Your interests are our interests

No, you will normally will need to have at least 2 scores. Even with a credit score you normally need 12 months payment history.
