I'm a transplant from New York who moved to Pittsburgh with my wife as soon as we realized how much her hometown had to offer in terms of quality of life, affordable housing, and lifestyle.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for over a decade in fundraising and marketing for some of the most highly regarded arts and cultural organizations in both New York and Pittsburgh.

Both cities also helped me develop a passion for real estate, architecture, and the qualities that make any home or neighborhood unique.

Tim was very patient with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly. He sold our house sold quickly and much of closing and related activity was done long-distance and he made the process go smoothly. He also listed the house well with a thoughtful description and great photos!

Tim was a pleasure to work with. As first time buyers, rather than immediately rushing to view homes Tim instead walked us through the process and explained all the costs involved, which really shaped our views. He is knowledgeable and picked up on our preferences quickly.

I cannot imagine a more helpful and knowledgeable agent than Tim. He went out of his way to help us find our perfect home and made sure that all of our buying questions were answered. He also made exceptional recommendations when it came to choosing a home inspector and mortgage loan officer. Tim is the best!
