Welcome to Beautiful Brookings-Harbor, Oregon!
Let me show you around this incredible area I call home. A short seven mile trip up the coast from the California/Oregon border and you will be in Brookings-Harbor. Enjoy the most amazing beaches along the mighty Pacific Ocean, see coastline views that will take your breath away, gaze at the pristine Chetco and Winchuck Rivers, the Port of Brookings Harbor, and so much more. Hiking, hunting, world-class fishing, swimming, kayaking, golfing at the prestigious Salmon Run Golf Course, or just sight-seeing, you will find something to enjoy. Summer time brings the Azalea Festival, Saturday Art Walks, the Kite Festival, and a great 4th of July fireworks show put on by the Vietnam Vets of America. A true vacation spot you can come home to, everyday. How does that sound?
Some of our nearby attractions include Harris Beach State Park, Loeb State Park, Azalea Park, and to the north is Gold Beach, our county seat. Drive a little further you will find Port Orford and Bandon, complete with the famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course. South of us lies the clear, cool Smith River and the most majestic Redwoods you will ever see in Jedidiah State Park and Lady Bird Johnson Redwood Grove, the Trees of Mystery and Fern Canyon. Take a trip over to the valley for the Shakespearean Festival in Ashland, ski in the winter at Mt. Ashland. The Pacific Northwest is known for its beauty, slower pace, and relaxing atmosphere. Low crime rate and a friendly community will convince you to look at Brookings-Harbor real estate.
About me: My family moved to Brookings when I was 2. I consider Brookings my hometown. I attended Kalmiopsis Elementary, Azalea Middle School, and am a proud 2005 graduate of Brookings-Harbor High School, home of the Bruins, where I participated in football and wrestling. I continued my education at College of the Redwoods where I majored in Business and played linebacker for their football team. Now I am realizing my dream of becoming a realtor and possibly doing some developing in the future.
Having a dad for a contractor and being around construction all my life, I understand and know quality as well as potential. When I am not in the office during the summer you will find me outdoors running, hiking, swimming, basically enjoying all this area has to offer. During the winter I help coach the Bruin wrestling team. I am a volunteer firefighter. Call or come by and visit, and let me show you the area I call home and help you do the same.
