In 2007, Wright was ranked the third largest producing agent (not team) at Prudential Utah Real Estate along the Wasatch front.
Formerly, Wright was Senior Vice President of New Freedom Mortgage. His responsibilities included; generating leads for a call center of 100 loan officers, 45 customer service representatives and running an operations center of 65 employees. During his tenure at New Freedom Mortgage, Wright led initiatives that helped the company generate leads at record low expense while increasing call volume and lead conversion.
In 2003, New Freedom Mortgage was ranked the fifth largest government lender in the United States. While with New Freedom, Wright was the co-author of a patent and a proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) system and business process that is now highly regarded in the mortgage industry and mimicked.
Formerly, Wright was at Xvariant, a real estate marketing and technology conglomerate he founded in 2000. Two of the technologies were 360house.com/OBEO, a virtual tour company and LeadMAXX, a lead generation and lead management company he founded dedicated to helping brokers maximize the profitability of their Internet strategies by generating and distributing leads effectively and efficiently. Wright was the founder, past president and CEO of Xvariant, which was a publicly traded company on the United States Bulletin Board NASDAQ Exchange. Under his direction, the company achieved profitability in about 2 years and had significant revenues at the time of his resignation. He also shaped the company's strategic expansion by identifying new acquisition markets, which included national organizations such as BidTrac and OBEO.
n 1999, Wright was named the vice president of marketing for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, one of the leading multi-office Coldwell Banker affiliates in the country. Responsibilities included management of the marketing budget that included print advertising, newspaper advertising, and development of Internet marketing initiatives, publication of a monthly Buyer's Guide, marketing research, and competitive analysis. Wright has also been a national speaker in the real estate industry speaking to large and small groups about effective management of SOI, web site creation and management, search engine optimization, lead generation online and offline and how to leverage professional photography to find more buyers and sellers.
Wright holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Russian and Marketing from the University of Utah, where he played on the Varsity Golf Team for four years.
