That unit is in Shadow Lake Village which is a 55+ year old community in Middletown on the Red Bank border. Great community with a golf course, club house, pool and more, it offers many different floor plans and sizes. It's conveniently located to Red Bank where there is a good deal of shopping, restaurants and more, and also close to the train and Garden State Parkway. It's a popular community.... I've had many clients who have bought homes there.
This unit is still available and has recently been reduced in price... it's now $151,000. It is a Kalmia model on the second floor... if you like I can send you a floor plan so you can see how the unit is laid out. One additional bonus is that it has a 1 car garage (not all residents in the community have a garage.
