Mr. Lancaster started his business career early on. After dropping out his first year of college in 1977, he founded a service company for woodworkers. Carbide tipped cutting tools were replacing the steel saw and tool industry rapidly across the country and very few tool companies were able to handle the supply and demand for precise cutting edge technology. Tom's company: Northern Colorado Saw and Carbide llc., made its way to the top in just a few short years. The passion and "Good Business Practice" along with dedication continues still today.
Among his Tool business practice came Real Estate, and many properties were bought and sold. In 2005, Tom created LanWork Homes ltd. Having successfully pulled through three economic downturns in the past, it was time to move on to something new. Tom gives much credit to those in the Real Estate business, knowing that this economy is a successful economy to those savvy with investing in (repairing houses and rebuilding worn down communities) (buying REO and kick starting Short Sale transactions), this is a huge boost for the economy too. Our economy stays strong building from the ground up. It’s supply and demand, tearing down and building it back up again. Clenching new ways of building products and harnessing the power of solar for our homes is the new innovative system for our future and kids. Tom says, "This is a road much like the tooling business I started, it's where people need good tools to work with that are hard to find...”
With his new road in front of him, Tom feels the excitement and challenge, confident he has the correct tools for todays real estate success.
