He has maintained a pristine compliance history with the DRE and all other regulatory agencies since 1978 when he began his real estate career. His real estate companies have all focused exclusively on acquisitions and sales, lending and Investing. Tom has created several high yield mortgage and investment funds providing cash flow, tax benefits, diversification and appreciation.
Tom earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. He was a USC Dean's List scholar, and served as president of the Business Fraternity and Real Estate Association. Tom is the managing broker of Testa Capital Group, licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, license number 01790365 and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, license number 328319. Tom's community service includes his volunteer work with orphanages, serving meals to the homeless and serving 24 years as president of two Orange County homeowner associations, including Orange Counties first twin tower residential high-rise, located in Irvine California.
