I'm in accordance with Sunny. If you are buying a primary residence, and you can afford it, now is an excellent time to buy. You never buy when the market is high, nor when it is low. While you are waiting to buy, our historically low interest rates are creeping up, so even if prices come down a little in the coming months your monthly payments can actually work out be higher.
