"Joanne and Rick Graham worked with us for a couple months looking at lots of houses and were very patient, and giving of their time as we studied each one. They were wonderful and very much a part of our family as we got to the end of our search. Even our 5 year old daughter knew them on a first name basis. With their help, we found just the right house for our family. They really took the time to find out what we were looking for and worked hard at helping it happen. They knew going into this we had a certain image of a house we wanted but only had so much money to put into it. They were bulldogs and fought for our position and were able to get the house we wanted at the price we wanted to pay – we got an amazing deal. We’ll never forget when Joanne called and asked if we were sitting down. . . she then told us our offer was accepted. If there’s anything you want when you look for a house and work so hard to get it, it is someone to really put their whole heart and prayers into helping you get it. Thanks so much Joanne and Rick!"
