Managed mortgage operations for 15 new construction residential communities across the Greater Philadelphia Region for a branch that generated over $5M in annual gross revenue. 1) Trained over 100 different sales agents over a 5 year period on mortgage programs, qualification guidelines, and creative financing opportunities using self produced Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. 2) Worked diligently with our National Mortgage Operations Center on a virtual team by communicating all divisional changes, fee/pricing matrices, divisional strategies, and local tax structures to help achieve the branch’s annual goals: customer satisfaction, mortgage retention, and gross revenue. 3) Created mortgage training methods, qualification tools, and team oriented goals for the Philadelphia sales team to enhance the Pulte experience for all customers. 4) Increased our branch’s mortgage retention rate from 88% in 2005 to 99% in 2009 which increased gross revenue, closed more homes on time, and ensured satisfied customers. 5) Contributed to our branch achieving a 1st place national finish in mortgage retention rate in both 2007 and 2008. 6) Led the branch in achieving a 4th place national finish in 2008 for "Revenue Per Funded Loan" in one of the worst housing markets in US history. 7) Jump started the initiative to increase the percentage of online mortgage applications from 40% in the beginning of 2007 to 75% by the end of the year.
