"A true professional helped me keep my Texas rental properties! It is a true blessing when you find a professional willing to go out of their way to help you. Not to say that people don’t want to help but many times people think about themselves or what they are going to get out of something before helping. This didn’t happen in my situation. I am currently facing a foreclosure in California and have 5 rental properties in Texas. My income is limited and I needed a professional’s help. "I have bought and sold many houses in my career while working for the Military and then the Department of Defense. Cindie Stewart and the Texas Sold Team Realty have been by far the best Realtors that I have ever used...period...bar none. Talk is cheap, but let me give you a couple of examples. After being in a house for just over a year (in a subdivision where they were building the same floor plan) she sold my house for MORE than I paid for it and in record time. It was only on the market for just over a week. I was impressed to say the least...but the best is yet to come! Can you imagine selling a house in 2008 (that I had lived in for just over two years) for a big profit? That's right, I lived in the house for 2.5 years and she sold it, leaving me with enough money to make a down payment on another house. Honestly, I was prepared to break even because I was transferring and thought I had no choice. She kept us calm and worked everything out for us. I even kept mineral rights!! Don't let anyone tell you that you can't sell your house in this economy, you can. You just have to hire the right Realtor to do it. You can look and compare all you want, but actions speak louder than words and experience counts. I wanted to let you know too, you had did a good job marketing and I had good showings, I went with Clark from Keller Williams because he was helping us with this other property, and was listing us for free. So you see, free always sounds good. Until .... I see the difference. Its like feasting with you with showing and a famine with him. Beautiful pictures and slides, but I don't think he markets like you. And I guess for free you get what you paid for. So I am back if you will have me. Can we be up and running on June 1.
