If you know the current owners, you could call them and ask them. This house is currently not on the market and the info you are looking at refers to the sale that took place in the fall of 2008. I'll make sure not to make my answer an advertisement for my services. But to answer your question, check your e-mail alert settings to see what type of e-mails you have set up to be sent to you from Trulia. Trulia is a service that uses a script to send out e-mails to it's registered users based on what they have set up for alerts on your account.

The owners were asking $145,000. However, the property shows that there is a pending sale and they are scheduled to go to the settlement table on 05/28/09.
