Hello again,
I just spoke with the listing agent and the property is not splitable and I guess it is well taken care of. They just built a high rise next door called Island Cove. There are 9 units included with both. You can live in one and rent out the other. It looks really great. Like I said in the previous e-mail I could send you an e-mail with both addresses 3160 and 3170 Dixie Hwy. Let me know if you are interested I would be happy to help you.
