Hi Lindsay,

If your name is on the title as well, which I'm assuming that it is since it's your home, then yes, your creditors can attach a lien to the property. If you were to have her quit claim it back to you now, there could be a chance that it wouldn't affect her credit, however, the creditors could back date the lien. Another senario would be to sell the property before a lien is attached.
