My experience as an owner and investor gives me personal insight to what owners and investors need in order to protect their investments. Therefore, expectations I set for myself, as a property manager and real estate agent, are a lot higher. When I represent buyers in real estate, I project future marketable value and how to use real estate as a wealth building tool with minimal risk. When I represent sellers, I usually sell favorable to the seller. We use the best exit strategy for any particular scenario. When managing real estate, you will know the have the properties taken care of, whether you are 10 miles or hundreds of miles away.

For homeowners "in distress," I can help you create a "walkaway plan" with minimal damage. If you received a Notice of Default ("NOD"), Notice of Trustee Sale ("NOTS") or you are deciding on a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, contact me before you do anything else or, worse, nothing at all. A decision is made for you if you do nothing at all. If you contact me, you will know your options upfront. I don't "pitch" anything to anyone. I give you straight information and without gimmick. Life is too short to only "sell, sell, sell."

I value people and relationships and I believe we share a lifetime together. In real estate, the world is really small. I treat everyone with respect and treasure every opportunity.

I have diverse experience in real estate, finance and business management. More than 17 years of experience has involved law to a certain degree (real estate, estate planning, contracts, torts, bankruptcy, construction, insurance, land use, credit).

More than 12 years of experience in real estate sales and management.

My specialization has been helping family, friends and referral clients to build a secure financial future using real estate (from short sale, REO, auctions (all types) to bulk sales and asset management).
