I am pretty certain this "Green thing" is here to stay! I would also say it's one of the biggest waves of the future. Obviously, if it is affordable you are looking to build and sell, then it best be affordable. I would figure out what a home will cost to build and sell, and compare it to the local market. If you can offer a green solution at a great price, you have a winner!
