Hi Rhonda, did you sign a disclaimer deed on the property? If you did not and being that AZ is a community prperty state, you should have an interest in the property, however this is a question you should really ask an attorney. Real estate agents are not qualified to give legal advice and this is really a legal question. Good luck!
