After 25 years living in California, I relocated to be closer to my parents. My husband and I moved to Albuquerque in April, 2001 and we built our dream home in Rio Rancho in 2003. I was not only a realtor in Calif. but I have 30 years experience as a mortgage loan officer. I worked as a loan officer here for 2 years with Charter Mortgage and decided I wanted to get my real estate license and get back into listing and selling real estate.
Being raised in a military family, my parents instilled in me the values of honesty, integrity and hard work.
I carry those values into my everyday life and in my work ethics.
I obtained my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation because I am myself a baby boomer and I understand the wants and needs of our generation and I also see them in my parents age group. On the opposite spectrum, I also enjoy my first time homebuyers. They understand that this is the biggest investment they will every make. Being in the mortgage business I make sure that I educate them in the entire process from beginning to end. It's important they understand it.
In 2005, I obtained my Accredited Staging Professional designation. Staging a house to sell is so important. In todays market, you need to have your house stand out and be memorable to perspective buyers. It is all in the packaging. If it shows well and it's priced right---it will sell.
