8655 Greer Road is $275,000. but the MLS number does not match what you have asked about. If you are looking to purchase in Sherwood, there are a number of great properties. I recommend that you connect with a professional who specializes in assisting buyers simplify their search. Good luck to you. You may also check with other leasing firms in the area. Depending on how much of a monthly note you can swing, there are a number of properties with Sellers who are willing to work with us on delayed closings and options to purchase.
Easiest and quickest will be to just find something to lease until you get settled in and can do something with your existing home. Depending on where your current residence is located, we can possibly help you connect with a top agent in that area to get your home sold fast and for top dollar.
