Eagar Buyer couldn't be more WRONG! Why would you use a flat-fee company to get on the MLS if you don't intend on using a Realtor??????? If your listing is on the MLS then buyers agents will come to show it and you will need to offer a buyers agent commission!!!!! No commission...then no showings. You just wasted money!!! Don't believe the nay sayers...they THINK they know what they're talking about but don't. PROVEN FACT. If you don't use a Realtor you just eliminated 95% of those looking to buy.
