"Our thanks goes to Stella Sauls for all the help she gave us in buying our house. My wife and I have been vacationing in Tuolumne County for over 25 years. During that time, we have often talked about buying our own house and living here. With retirement looming on the horizon, we decided to make our dream a reality.
The best decision we made was to place ourselves in Stella’s capable hands. Stella understands the local market and was able to translate our vision into something tangible. She responded to our many questions completely, honestly, professionally, and patiently. Because we were from out of the area, Stella also handled several tasks for us so we would not have to make the drive into town and made sure that everything went according to plan. She was with us every step of the way in the negotiating and closing processes. Her dedication to our dream and her attention to detail made buying a home very easy for us.
We highly recommend Stella to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Sonora area. Thanks, again, Stella for all you’ve done to help us get the home we were looking for; we truly appreciate it.

"We want to thank Stella for all her help. My husband
and I started looking for a retirement home a few
years ago. We really were hoping our dream would come
true. With Stella dedication, patience and help we
found our dream home. There were a few problems from
the beginning. Even with these problems we were so
thankful for Stella, she was always there to give us
support. The knowledge that Stella has not only in
real estate, but also home repairs, plants, septic
tanks, dry rot and more was so helpful. We had many
questions along the way most of which she was able to
answer. If she didn't have an answer she found the
information and got right back to us.
We truly appreciate her professionalism throughout our
search and to the end with the purchase of our dream
home. I highly recommend Stella as an outstanding
Realtor. She is truly a wonderful person. Thank you
again for making our dream come true.

"My husband and I have lived in Tuolumne County for about 18 years. When we were thinking of relocating within the county, we went to our local realtor, who referred us to Stella Sauls at Coldwell Banker Real Estate office in Sonora.
We had a particular area in mind when we started our search, but we did not know whether we should purchase raw land to build or a home on acreage. With the raw land we found, Stella advised us of the new requirements within the county for septic, water, etc. She helped us with our research, brought in subject matter experts, and helped us with the various County Agents that could answer all our questions, for the Septic specification. We thank Stella everyday for her concern, honesty, and dedication, if it had not been for her, we would have purchased a “pig in a poke”, never able to build and holding a worthless piece of property.
After discovering all the new requirements within the County on the Septic and still wanting to relocate, we turned our attention to homes within the area where we were attracted. Stella helped us find our home; in the area we wanted, within the price range, all the permits in tack, etc. We thank Stella for her professionalism, expertise, and steady negotiations on our behalf; the end result was a “dream come true”.
Respectfully,

""Stella came to our rescue in a unique situation, after deciding to sell two properties and purchase our dream home we contacted Stella of Coldwell Banker. Stella had our home listed and offers on the table in the very first week. We made a non-contingency offer on our new home and Stella came through for us, we sold our existing properties and moved into our new home in less that 60 days!"
Working with Coldwell Banker and especially Stella Sauls was a pleasure,
