"Just a quick note to express my thanks for how well Stacey Talley did in the recent sale of my home in Kalamazoo. These are challenging times in home sales and my employers relocation management firm is Cartus so that adds another layer of complexity in the home sale process.My challenge to Stacey when he took the listing was to get a minimum $320,000 offer in one week! Well as it turns out Stacey pulled off getting a $314,000 offer in 8 days that would net me $317,000 with my employers incentive program.Let's just say excellent delivery on the challenge.As it turns out the complexities of dealing with the (relocation company) system resulted in this offer being lost and the earnest money being returned.
