If you have signed a buyer agency in Missouri, you will need to give at least a 30 day notice to the agent to be released from the agency agreement. However, procuring cause will allow the agent to be paid on the contract, even if another realtor writes the offer. Not many agents will want to get into that situation. - Tue Jun 23 2009, 19:55
