Hi I work for an attorney as a Realtor and a Legal Assistant.
We do Loan Mods and Short Sale negotiations. We dont treat our clients like its a numbers game, we truly put 100% effort into every client and try to get every one modified. In the past 2 weeks I have stopped 5 Foreclosure Sales and will hopefully be turning them into loan modifications!!!
