I would suggest you call your friend's REALTOR, or call us. A REALTOR can actually save you money when you have completed the transaction correctly with the assistance of a professional. Real estate can be a very high dollar mistake. An error can cost you thousands of dollars. You need the assistance of a REALTOR.
