How are you spending your 4th of July weekend?

I'll go first:

I'll be spending our 4th of July in Fort Collins with my wife Sara and our 3 little ones....We met a great couple w/ their son at a local park and hit it off. They invited us to join them since they were here last year [moved from SF] and know where to go and what to do [we just moved to Fort Collins].

Morning jog w/ the kids in our jogging strollers, lunch, BBQ then fireworks....... Read More

I'd want to know how much wear and tear there was for the walls and carpet. Stains? Smell? New carpet and fresh paint can be a breathe of fresh air to a buyer.....and can help make a great 1st impression....

Of course, up front cost for the makeover can be an issue depending on your situation. Lot's of deals out there so shop around for labor and materials.....

Thanks for your question. If you have some listings for us to compare that would help us better analyze. Brokers and agents can submit their listings to us in a variety of ways:
http://www.trulia.com/submit_listings/

Sometimes they come direct from the broker, MLS or agent. While other times agents and brokers uses syndicators like Point 2, Postlets or ListHub.

If there is a price change via one of these sources, we may get them quicker or later than Realtor.com - depends on the source.

If you ever find a discrepancy, please flag the listing so we can address it.
